I know it's winter because today's "real feel" temperature in NYC is 6 degrees. This means the Christmas freeze is around the corner and this will be the last full week of adds for about 80% of stations in 2008. The year end charts come out next week and I'll be sure to pass them along as soon as I've got them.

Astral Radio has just announced that it's going to expand the Virgin radio brand nationally in Canada in January.
They're taking the mold that they've got in Toronto at the former Mix 99.9 and flipping to it at:

Crave Vancouver
The Bear Ottawa
Mix 96 Montréal
